·        Fourth Position: One foot in front of the other, heels and toes aligned, feet one foot apart.

·        Fifth Position: One foot in front of the other, heel of the front foot touching the toes of the back foot.

Hand positions:

·        First Position: Arms rounded, hands close to the body, slightly above the navel.

·        Second Position: Arms rounded, extended to the sides at shoulder height.

·        Third Position: One arm in the first position, the other in the second position.

·        Fourth Position: One arm in the second position, the other raised above the head (slightly rounded).

·        Fifth Position: Both arms raised above the head, rounded.

·        Arabesque: Extending one leg backward while simultaneously extending the arms in various directions.

·        FlicFlac: A quick turn on one leg while the other leg moves from the floor to the air and back.
