In addition to mental (IQ) and emotional (EQ) intelligence, there is the equally important VQ (vitality quotient), a vitality quotient on which much depends.
The vitality quotient reflects a person's ability to utilize his or her natural energy potential to improve the quality of his or her life and motivate others. In simple words, this quotient determines the rate of growth and development of a person.
