Awakening the Leader
The impression is that it is easy to be a leader, or that it is easy to learn to be a leader. It seems as if you can follow some formal rules and then you will definitely become a leader. However, a real leader is the one who is ahead and followed by others. And this applies not only to industrial activity, but also social and family. In any relationship, someone becomes a leader, and someone remains a follower.

Each person has his/her own Light. This Light has its own characteristics - brightness, fractality, area, frequency, etc. A leader can only be a person with such characteristics of luminescence, which could unite the people with whom he interacts, connecting them into one whole, into a team. A leader can have a “different” light compared to others - the Leader is brighter. This is the Light that people are drawn to. This field will help form a new luminosity that will also open up the dormant zone of the personality that was previously inaccessible. This zone begins to activate and moves into a zone of action, where the Leader's personal potentials are revealed, which he had not even implied or thought about.
Living light connections, networked together, ensure the formation of stable collectives (teams), creating a Team Spirit. Such teams are capable of solving tasks inaccessible to one person, which creates prerequisites in increasing the effectiveness of the team (firm, family, social group). One of the most expected results of using this field is the improvement of people's mutual understanding. Benevolence should increase and the level of aggression should decrease. Perhaps businessmen will note that it is easier to find a common language with clients, contracts are signed more easily, etc.. Conflict in all social interactions decreases.
Leader's multi-dimensionality gives him/her the ability to receive and process information not only from the past but also from the future, perspective taking, flexibility of behavior and sensitivity to the situation are developed. Leader's light will allow the user to easily inspire the team to solve new tasks, he will have additional faith in his strength and in his rightness, based on multidimensional vision of the situation and the ability to combine different views into new goals, new ways of solution and new opportunities.
